Too Good to Be True

As I sit here eating my breakfast, I realize how much I'm going to miss Kashi. Iwas hoping to buy a bunch and ship it over, but dry goods aren't allowed because of the risk of those little bugs. What will I do for breakfast?? I wonder if they have english muffins over there. They probably do, but they're probably like $10 a package or something. From what I understand, you can get some American brands over there, but they rake you over the coals. So I guess I'll have to change my routines.

Well, the investor deal isn't going to happen. I knew it was too good to be true! So we're going to do some minor updates--finish the kitchen, replace the bathroom vanity that is falling apart--and list it as-is. We just don't have the time or available cash to do everything that needs to be done to get top dollar for this place. We have the money, but we need to hold onto every available dollar to pay for the upfront costs of the move.

So it's disappointing. We've got to start staging this place now, and it's just beyond daunting. So much crap!! Goodwill is going to love us.

Oh, and anybody need a dining room table or baby gear?
