Flipper?

We met with our realtor today, and she had some great news. She has a few investors that she works with, and one is very interested in seeing the house. He's wanted to invest in a property in my 'hood, and I think we've priced it really well for the things that need to be done to it. If we can sell it to this guy, it will melt away 70% of my stress! I won't have to do a thing to the house, I don't have to worry about staging and making it ready for listing, and best of all, after closing we can lease the house back from them until we have to leave for Singapore. All I have to worry about is packing!
